I tried searching but it said it was disabled for me...

So...

On two player, when I race my friend and we both use cars off the memory card, why does it say they are back to stock on the power figures?

Are they actually back to stock, or do all the mods carry over but its just not listed? Cos i know my LSD carries over and stuff...

All the mods carry over and it's just a glitch in the game.
