Why are so many cars missing in the game? I noticed that they took out scion (which doesn't really matter),but why aren't there Bentleys, Porsches, or Bugattis? Or like why isn't the new hyundai genesis in the game? I'm sure people have cars that they would like in the game..

Because of either licencing issues or they just didn't want the cars in.

There is a veyron. Porches are licensed to a different game

Well obviously there is the Bugatti Veyron and Bentley Speed 8 race car
and the RUFs are a substitute for Porsche really.
and tbh there are over 1000 cars in the game, so although there are some more that shud be there you cant complain too much!

1,031+ cars and people will still find the missing ones.

yeah but a wider range would be nice instead of 25 different imprezas, 20 different nissan 350s and god knows how many rally cars with no decent rally events !!!

Don't get me started on the 50 different MX-5's and 70 different Skyline's! =/

haha, yeah its a bit of a joke if i am honest. I no its a japanese game but its realy frustrating !!!

Welcome to Gran Turismo. This has been the case with every version of the game. It's not going to go away (and apparently those who clamor against it won't go away either :yuck:).

i no its been a problem from day dot but it has steadily got worse from GT2 onwards.

i also think that some of the cars they couldn't get to model their virtual cars off of. i think that is also why there are a good deal of standard cars that are very new and popular in gran turismo, like the bugatti veyron being a standard car: they couldn't really model it because the car is so rare and expensive, they probably didn't have a car to model off of. same with the minolta, its very fast and a great car to drive but its standard because they don't have a minolta to model off of, and few people know what the inside of the minolta looks like to construct a cockpit view.

I´m so much pleased with the car types, even if a model has dunno-how-much varieties.
But there´s always one, I will miss in it, the Alfa 75 3.0 America. Anyone at PD? ;)
