Questions about G27

I've recently been thinking of upgrading my current DFGT into a G27. I have a few questions though, about it.

How much money can I hope to save if I traded in my DFGT with Logitech's 'Trade-In' programme?

How would I mount the H-shifter? I don't have the time to construct a stand and I already have a wheelstand pro which I'm happy with, however it seems I would be unable to mount a shifter on it because I don't think there's space.

Is it worth considering a G25 as a cheap alternative?

Is it worth the money?

How much is it an improvement from the DFGT?

2.I thought the wheelstand pro had a shifter mount for the shifter, unless you have a different version.
3.Ive never tried a g25 but it louder and the forcefeedback isn't as smooth as I've heard so I would go with a g27.
4.Its absolutely worth the money, I'll explain below.
5. I had a DFGT and upgraded to a g27 and to difference is massive. The forcefeedback is so much smoother and quieter, the leather grip is nice to hold, the pedals are a nice resistance, the gear stick and clutch add a whole new level to gt5 and other games you play.The build quality is also great. The ffb can be abit noisy when going over curbs at times, but seriously it doesn't matter, the majority of the time is ultra smooth, a big improvement from the DFGT.
I really do recommend you buy it, its such an improvement.
 
All I have to say is that don't trade your DFGT. Trade anything that is a Logitech product. I traded my old mouse and still got the same discount, 20%. So yeah, just pick up a cheap logitech product ($5 online or just ask a friend for one) and trade that rather than losing a wheel that cost 150. Put it in your closet as a back up wheel.

You can upgrade the standard wheelstand pro to fit the G27 for $50 including shipping. They give you a new plate for the wheel, a bar for the the pedals, and a shifter plate. Everything can then be screwed into the plates for more stability. I did it and it was worth it.

I think it's worth the money but I also paid $204 including shipping from newegg. For less than $300 I got the wheel, wheelstand upgrade, and NIXIM mod.👍

It is a huge improvement from DFGT. The pedal set is so much better, especially the brakes. I just upgraded about a month ago and I'm so happy I did.
 
I got 50% off my G27 by saying my DFGT stopped working. They just asked for the serial numbers on the back, and gave me a coupon code for 50% off.

G27 was $150 out the door w/ free shipping.
