So I'm pondering getting a 360 for Xmas but got a few questions.

1) Can it be hooked up to a computer monitor to play? I dont have a TV in my study where my broadband modem is.

2) UK guys - Can I connect this to my ntl BB modem and it will work?

3) What is pretty much required for online play, because games like Forza2 and PGR4 I'd love to play with fellow GTP members online.

4) How are the consoles these days? Are they still having cases of the Red circle of doom?

If I think of anything else, I'll post in here, but these are the basics I want to know.

1) Yes it can but you will require a VGA cable. Ebay link.

2) As long as your NTL modem/router is either wireless or has an RJ45 connection. If it is wireless you will need a wireless adapter for your 360 which is around £60. If it is a just a modem then you will need to buy a router with connections on the back (see below)

3) You will need a broadband connection and an Xbox Live Gold Membership which is around £40 a year.

4) If you purchase a 360 you will get a 3 year warranty courtesy of Microsoft. I still have my original machine with only a sticky DVD draw at the moment. I know some people have had to change there machine 3-4 times but it is usually covered by warranty. You normally get a guarantee from the retailer aswell.

JUST GET IT! (note: my enthusiam is for the games NOT the system)

YOU WON'T REGRET IT! (note: do yourself a favor and get a return in store warrenty)

Get one, but make sure it's got a good warrenty. Xbox Live and the game selection are worth the risk.

Plus when you buy the system, you automatically get a free month of XBL. (Or lifetime if you want to keep making a new gamertag every month)
