are all the cars in the ocd cheaper than normal? if so, by how much? is there a set percentage discount?

Not normally cheaper but for the moment they're 50% off.

50% off and 0 miles... Also, once you change the oil you'll get the full power of the engine... In another words, you don't have to break in the engine of those cars...

FGT is normally 4.9 mil

And that's the online dealership only; not the used or new dealership.

The FGT is normally $5 mill, but after Chassis & Engine restore it's $6 mill. Therefore the zero mile FGT car in the OCD is more than 50% off. If you don't have it yet, buy it.
