Quick Question About Backwards Compatibility

I’m thinking about investing in a Logitech wheel and pedals controller for Gran Turismo. However I flit between GT2, 4 & 6, on their respective consoles.

So I’m wondering, is the latest Logitech setup - or whichever setup is considered the best by the community, I’m yet to properly research - backwards compatible with older Playstations, right back to PS1, or at least PS2?
