Quick question about car levels

Hello people one quick question. My friend has 2 Red Bull X1's (yeah yeah i know... lucky bastard!) and he is about to give me one as a gift (yeah yeah I know...you hate me!).

Now here is the thing, I am only level 27 in A-spec... when he gives me the red bull x1 , will I be able to drive it, or will I have to raise up to a certain level before I can?
