Quick question about prizes

Hello and sorry if this question is already asked but I didn't find anything with search.

I have a Finnish account, so I can't play the GT Academy 2012 with my main account.
But if I play the Academy with my US or some other eligible country's account, can I use the prize cars on my main Finnish account?

Worst case would probably be that you receive them on the american account and trade them to your main.

I honestly don't understand why PD just doesn't make the game available to everyone.

Just make a disclaimer:
Because you are from [insert country here] you cannot participate in the official GT Academy 2012. However, you can still play the game and collect prize cars. Have fun!

I am from The Netherlands as you can see, however, I am not playing to compete either.
