so, my 97 ek type r is at 401 hp. if i change it to RM, will the hp be higher or lower when the rest of the parts are bought for the rm model? sorry, im new to the game and i didnt want to mess it up. i have two other ek's and they arent at 401hp for some reason.

If the other EK's aren't premium models like a 98 they wont be at 401hp but if they are you need to break them in like the one you have now and about changing it to RM I think, I repeat I think the HP will drop a bit but it's lighter so it will make up the difference.

ok, thanks man. i might just play around with another ek and make it to a RM. i dont wanna lose the 401hp one that have :D

Street ek and rm ek has same hp and torque numbers but the rm will be faster because of the lighter weight.

You're best getting another Civic to 401hp and RMing it. That way you have 2 Civics at 401

When you RM it will look to drop hp but go into settings and re-apply bought parts (IE: turbo) and you'll be back at max :)

Could this possibly have happened when I RM'd my Challenger? Thought I lost a few horses, never did get them back.
