Only if you install another wing to it. It's a standard car, so no custom mods (besides rims or generic wings) can be made, unlike with premium cars in which you can more than likely remove the wing.

Some cars you can remove wings. Like the R34. It would be in the wheel and body kit section.

This car can have the wing removed, like pretty much any car with a small wing.
