Quick Question (course maker online)

Can i make a course than use/play in it with others online

Because it doesnt come up under the course list after i have made it

reason i ask is because i made a course with a perfect 1/4 mile and id like to use it with others

No, you can't race them online.

But PD says it might one day come in with an upgrade, or be in GT6.

They said it would be in GT5 when they announced the course maker. Unfortunately there is SOME technical issue. We remain hopeful. I am quite proud of my tracks and would love to race them against real people.
