after Level A B and C are completed QTS is available, so i've read.

does this mean its only available when playing online or can it be used for offline playing too?
also if you lower the car will the settings be saved on the car?
how many tuning saves can you have per car?
will the car physically look lower when changes have been made in QTS?
does turbo cars make more turbo noise when tuned up?
does the engine sound change when it's been tuned up?

In the japanese version is was available straight away. I dont think it can be used online. (maybe on special events? dunno). You have 3 different configurations for each car. I haven't tested ride height, but in GT4 you could see the camber angle, so you probably can here too.

No changes in sound. It's merely a +/- % power and +/- % weight.
