Quick vid of my car (Loud obnoxious car at that)

So I have a somewhat loud exhaust on my Mustang..lol
I was asked about how my car sounds, so i made this vid to show just that...
And what better way than to do a lil spin for the cam?
Sorry it's winter here and the car is not clean!
I have BBK longtube headers
BBK off road x pipe
And a Steeda cat-back exhaust system :) among other things
Let me know what you guys think?

Hmm not sure if it'd be louder than my father's Roush. I'd have to hear it in real life.
 
Sounds good for a 2002. Almost all new mustangs sound better than the new Camaros / Firebirds since the mustangs have TRUE dual exhaust from the factory. Camaros and firebirds have a single 3" pipe that exits into 2 pipes of smaller diameter. But your aftermarket exhaust sounds nice. Never too loud IMO. :)
I bet it sounds even better in person.

Yeah I jumped out of the car pretty quick, lol.
Thanks guys i do love the sound of my car, just somtimes I wish it wasnt so noisy.... but then I hit it again and forget about that quiet thing...:)

I really wanted this car, but honestly it was really the only car in my price range(under $25k ) that I could see myself driving and truely enjoying(other than a Subaru WRX), it has had its issues but I do love it...
 
Motorcity Outlaws? I know about you guys. Someone in my truck club talks about you guys all the time. He posted a video of a guy who lit the ass end of his Stang on fire while trying to shoot flames.

HMMMM???? I am in a car club called Motown Muscle but the motorcity outlaws thing is a friend of mine just hosting the vid for me..... LOL but i would like to see that vid....:)
 
Ahh gotcha, guys from my truck club know just about every other club around the Southeast Michigan area.

I looked for the video but I couldn't find it :(.

That mustang of yours must be really loud in person! I am sure I will never have a car that loud due to some neighborhood disturbance! :O
 
👍 veeery nice :drool: wish i could hear that kind of sound more often where i live, all i hear round here are damn ricers in their crappy novas farting about (the vauxhall kind) and my neighbours impreza that sounds like a delivery truck :crazy: :lol:
 
That's a cool car GTrackd02. Ya know, I am a soon to be owner of a mustang myself, and I frequent Detroit. Do you know of any place that I could go to get tips on fixin up this mustang really good? It needs big time TLC. I also would like to know where you went to do burnouts and not get arrested, lol.

For the sake of just saying it, I am holding on to the car for a little while. It holds a 5 litre high output v-8 with a 5 speed manual tranny. It's an awesome car, but it needs fixin. How much did the rotors you got cost you, I would be looking for something like that.

That could be a pretty sweet car!
just looks like it needs to be cleaned up a little :)
Well the brake kit that i have(wich is still not on the car BTW)
is from Baer It lists for around $750 for the front rotors,calipers,stainles braided lines, and all the hardware.. I also have rear rotors and pads from ford racing for another 200 bucks...
There are a million shops around michigan that could help you with your car.. I am not going to recomend any, because as of now I am not very happy with any of them that i have been to..lol I have heard alot of good stuff about Alternative Auto and I am probably goin to check them out this spring..
As for the burnouts It was a parking area for this pier by my house... There is construction goin on there so there are no cars around at all.....

EDIT: just remembered the rotors are 13" and require a 17" wheel, so you'd have to upgrade those too...
 
jeez man i hope you guys dont have laws on exhaust noise, if you lived here you would have a tab, well almost everyone here with a modified what ever has a tab.
