Quickest way to cycle the UCD?

Just realized i'm a few short of having every car in the game! The dear leader would not be pleased.

Right now i'm just starting and immediately quiting a race 5 times...

Wondering if there is a quicker way to cycle the UCD or if there is a race/event that loads quicker than most?

Short of paying the kid next door to do this... what's the quickest/easiest way?
