Hello, i quite fancy one of these. But don't know if a 2001 Honda CBR600F sport engine will fit in, i suppose some redesigning it will.I own a CBR F sport anyway so could have the engine & Gearbox taken out and slotted in.Vyrus say you can have everything minus the engine & gearbox for a price. Then fit your own in.They usually use a CBR600RR engine.

Here is the site:

Cheers Nath.

Well, since there's no actual frame....

What they call a frame is those brackets bolted to the engine, which in turn carry the suspension. The engine is a V-twin, so I seriously doubt that an engine swap is even remotely possible. You don't remove the engine from this bike, you take the bike off of the engine.

The difference between the latest Vyrus 987 and the Bimota Tesi 3D is alot of things now, like the 1198 Ducati engine and gearbox in the Vyrus. The hub centre steering swingarm is not trellis style and many more things as well. Both great bikes, but if given the choice i'd have the 987.It would be an Ultimate Superleggera Edition in Alitalia racing colours with a supercharger and gold marchesini magnesium wheels too.I would have to have a 1199cc Panigale R engine fitted to it oh yes.
