Quiting during a championship affects race/win ratio?

When you quit/skip the last few races but still win the championship will GT3 detect this as losing or will it only look at the whole event so my race/win ratio stays @ 100% ?

If you quit a race, you don't win it, so your win percentage goes down.

and if you exit in the middle of a event, when you return you can resume the championship?

Nope.

You can save in the championship and reload to that point, but you can't exit a championship, then save and get back into it.

The save/reload trick is just a way of getting different cars or differently coloured cars. Save at the beginning of the last race (with enough points to ensure a championship victory) and do, or skip out of, the last race. If you don't gte the car you want, reload the game and try again.
