Quotes in the Quick Reply ..

Has anyone else noticed that when you go to post using the Quick Reply method it automatically inserts a blank quote, which moves the reply down a line? It seems this just started today, however I'm not really sure. Its just a minor annoyance to me, being a perfectionist and all .. Anyway we can get this changed back?
