The Growing Pains star, lover of hockey and the favourite Canadian Dad of many, has passed on to the great hockey rink in the sky. He was playing hockey with his son at the time. If I have to go, I can't think of a better way. R.I.P. Alan Thicke, you made us proud

Awe, bummer. I watched a lot of Growing Pains. And that's all I got.

...I read "RIP" then "Thicke" which led me to believe it was Robin Thicke who kicked the bucket. Oh, how I rejoiced....

Then, I clicked the thread.... turns out it was his dad. Oh well. Never watched Growing Pains, at least I don't think so, cuz I can't remember.
