Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I just bought the Nismo R32 GT-R S-tune and I tried the first race in the "Race of "R" Emblem" series. By lap 5 I have about 5 seconds on the next fastest car before my tires start to wear out completely. I start to lose time and traction until I finally "die out" around lap 8. About what time should I pit to be able to lose as little time as possible?

When you see your tires starting to go orange, (either both or the rear / front) take a pit stop and fuel half way so there's less weight in the car. It worked out for me...

The S-tune has S3's. Those are the softest sport tires out there, so put S2's on the front and S1's on the rear. It'll help you get some extra laps.

Also, you should pit when you're tires are starting to get orange.

Yes, I just noticed that the tires are very soft. In the second race, Trial Mountain, a course i'm very familiar with, I drove very conservatively and my front tires were still red-orange. When I won I had 18.245 seconds on my closest rival, too. I might pit around lap 5 on Twin Ring and see what happens. Thanks for the tips everyone! 👍
