RA menu updated with the new Seasonal events?

It appears as though the seasonal events came with an update to the RA menu.

I can no longer adjust the traction control via the RA menu in any race mode, including the practice menu events. (I use a DS3)

Normally this isn't a big deal for me, but I do use that feature in endurance races to squeeze a bit more life out of my tires.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just me.

It occurs when you enter an online room where the TCS and ABS have been disallowed. After that you cannot use the RA function to change them.

First time I pitted online and pressed X to confirm the pit options, I saw my RA menu pop up and just knew I'd broken it. Sure enough, that poor piece of design (I mean, why does X do both? Why not just confirm it then bring up the RA menu if there's no dialogs on screen?) ruined it... Good thing I never, ever use TCS or ASM, and also good that I can still adjust the VCD and brake bias, but I can imagine there are loads of people who like to turn TCS on and off during a race.
