race car pack TC cars question??

why can't we use the TC cars from race car download pack offline? it says please reinstall the pack, I tried this and cannot reinstall... please help. as soon as i sign in to PSN it lets me drive them again (in practice or arcade) but once signed out nope, even the new SPA circuit dissapears. I cant find out how to uninstall the pack to try reinstall either. and if I did would i have to pay the $22.90 again? :(

red circle with the arrow pointing down at the main menu. try that.
 
I have installed the pack already, it wont let me reinstall or uninstall. just says "the race car pack isint installed please reinstall" when i try get in any of the TC cars or x2011 prototype

This, the DLC is a bit buggy in that concern. I've had it happen as well (DLC was shown as DL'ed in the DL tab and PSN Store). Just DL and install the family pack as well, as mentioned it is free and fixes this problem.
 
There are two family packs for the cars and the track. Be sure to download and install both.
 
thanks all, the family pack has fixed this issue, it didnt tell me to get this when i made purchase.
 
Can you only download the family pack if you have Bought any kind of DLC?
 
I have a question also about the DLC cars, how do people get different color TC's, and I've heard they can be traded if both parties have the DLC, is this true? Thanks, JG-

You can paint the TC cars, also you can send a non DLC car with DLC paint to a friend
