ok i dont really know how to search for this but when you get all golds on the licenses does it unlock the R390, 787B, gt-one and such from the dealerships or is it not possible at all to buy them from a dealer and if so then does anyone know why they are in the dealerships.
 
thats what i was thinking. they are just there so that you will be like oh man i cant wait to get that car.
 
im pretty sure cant buy any of them. however if u search(use the search button that u will find conveniently placed at the top of your screen) or check the prize car list you will find how to get them.It really would be kinda meen if they were there just for anticipation, i sure wouldnt be able to wait for them.

No. You merely get a prize car, and some smug satisfaction.

Do you realise you asked three questions in that sentence? It would be nice if you'd separated them all by question marks.
 
Anything with four dots "...." where the price should be cannot ever be bought. Those are there basically to allow PD to give the little history bar and show some exta views of the cars, and to let you know they are available.
 
You win the R390 in gt all-stars (prof), the 787B in like the wind and the gt-one in gt world championship (amateur)
