Race Clock

I love the clock feature in the new chat. I think it would be helpful if it was integrated into the page header, maybe beside the search bar. Many times I've seen posts trying to organize races using different time zones. I think it would be easier for everyone if we could all use gtplanet time.

Credit actually goes to AMG for the original idea - I have just never got around to implementing it beyond the chat (although you can view official GTP Time by visiting gtplanet.net/time). As I said in AMG's thread, I don't plan on including this in the site template, but I think a link to a more appropriately formatted page would definitely be a good idea....
