Race countdown dependent on track's native language

In all the previous GT games, the countdown of "3... 2... 1... Start!" has always been the same (save for GT PSP which has an announcer that dictates it). We should have an announcer that says "3... 2... 1... Start!" in the native language of where the track is located in (e.g. in Circuit de la Sarthe, the announcer will say "Trois, deux, un... partez!") This makes starting a race similar to that of Quantum Redshift in some manner.
