I was wondering if anybody had any info if a Race Driver Grid 2 was coming out? I was just thinking about that game today with the amazing tracks, and the way you can build a team, get sponsors, and have a teamate. Also I loved how you can manage the income of your team, anf climb up through the ranks of open wheel, Touring Cars, and GT Cars, and make your way to Le Mans in LMP cars at the end of every season. If anybody has info, please reply! I heard rumors a while back and didnt know if they were true or not.

It was just some silly rumors going around and some people putting GRID's (1) trailer on Youtube and labeling it "GRID 2." The possibility of another? I doubt any such thing will come sadly.

Grid was very much a Successful Game (as is Dirt and F1 )So Codies Making a sequel isn't too Far fetched .

Interesting if they make it more 'Sim' esque or not I wouldn't mind the Previous Physics though .Epic Damage Model was one of its Strong Points .

I'd love a Grid 2, especially if they expanded the story a bit more! (Ravenwest Rivalry)

I didn't like Grid, so Grid 2 would need to mean a massive improvement before I would consider bying it.
I don't mind the arcadey physics, but the controls were not good and taking away the fun. They also need to make the game with good wheel support and iron out the shortcomings of their damage model.
It was one of the more detailed damage models ever seen, but I just can't stand that level of detail being there for some parts of the car while the rear wing is indesctructible ;)

Grid was ok but it needs to be better online,

To restricted with what cars could be used with which tracks for my liking!

Yeah. My old GT Force wheel wouldn't work with it. I tried adjusting and nothing worked. I have a G27 now. And Dirt 1 was good, then they started putting Ken Block (Terrible) and all that fake stuff in it. I heard Dirt 3 was bad

Hell no. They need to go back to their roots, ie: TOCA games.

It was only a few weeks ago i installed toca 2 on my laptop to try and relive some of those great memories just to find out the game doesnt run on windows 7! Argh!!

Would love another BTCC based game where i can drive around donington and brands hatch, two great tracks i fear i will never get to play again.

That's amazing the fact that it TOCA Race Driver has Offroad, open wheel, Rally, Touring, GT, and LMP cars in one game!!!! That's brilliant! I always wondered if there was a game out there like that. I played Race Driver 2006 on PSP. I loved the Formula Ford Races and stuff.

TOCA world touring cars was the best racing game ever. It was just touring cars and loads of tracks. I want it again!
