Race for pinkslips?

Oh yeah, people have. But it is common that if one person lost, they wouldn't hold up there end of the deal.

If your going to do it, do it with someone respectable or someone you know and can trust. It's all too easy to say you'll give them the car an it's even easier to just quit the race and ignore the person you lost to.

Personally I don't think it's worth it, but others may disagree.

Yeah I just thought it would be fun racing people for there cars.

Don't get me wrong, it is fun racing people for car's but only if you know they will keep their end of the bargain. :)

Why bother racing someone for thier car? Just put in the work and get one yourself. Racing for pinks give me a break...

It is actually kind of a good thing to do with friends. Makes you more motivated and devoted to win. Even if you lose, you can

another one! :sly:

I did it (drag racing) and about 3/4 of my cars showed up, which to be honest was better than what I thought.

Wow... anger much? Chill dude.
He was asking for it.

I would really love to have a regulated strip for online. Were it would auto match you with a car the same drivetrain and similar PP as yours. At that point you could either bid credits, put your car up for grabs, or decline. I think it would fun and a good way to loose or win a lot of credits/cars

Aer we cranky??

We are motivated to win anyway right.

You do it for the TUNE, not the car.

If you win the car isn't the tune pointless?

Not entirely. If that was the only car with that tune on it that the guy had, his tune is out of the gene pool, and you get a base tune and a car.

But it lost. Seems pointless. I lose, I mess my tune up before sending, or default everything, then dupe the car I'm sending. The sending player loses nothing. It is easier just to buy the car, rather than go through the headache of beating someone and waiting for them to back up thier save, send the car..... I guess I'm missing the point somewhere.

One question here... Are people only drag racing for pinks or running full circuit races. I would be interested if full race as I have a ton of cars I would love to clean out of my garage.

EDIT: I would send them as tuned without changing anything, only seems right in my book.

Bingo

I agree with everyone....only race for pinks with people you trust or friends. I have been burned on just trading. There are some real D-Bags who play this game. Most of them are little kids, or guys 24-35 without jobs still living with their parents.

You both are missing the whole point. Even if he defaults his car, you STILL get a free car. And unless he knows how to dupe, you've gave him the agony of losing a car, and you've made him feel like crap, that alone is enough of a reward.

So getting a car with out the tune and making the other person feel like crap for losing is rewarding enough? Where is the point and the reasoning?
