If there are going to be such strict rules on creating threads, there need to be even more stringent rules on thread titles. I did three searches..."RM", "Racing Mod" and "Racing Modification"...that yielded nothing.
Even a search for the exact thread title..."Race Mod Cars Only"...gets you to the second page of results doing a standard search.
I think it would make more sense to encourage participation rather than inhibit it.
