Race Modifications on Premium Cars?

I'm hearing rumors about only a handful of Premiums can actually get the the full-on racing modification. My main concern is if the 1990 MA70 Supra can get said modification, I always start with that car, held a soft spot since GT1. Has the rumors been proven/discerned? My apologies if a similar question has been asked, I searched all of Q&A for this. Thanks for reading/replying!

Ok, we have the complete car list. The list shows all teh cars that have RM, all 17 of them.
 
Oh damn, I never noticed the RM distinction. Oh well, at least she's Premium! Thanks for your answer!
