I don't think it did, it's not a silhouette bodied space frame, it's based on a proper Audi Coupe shell. It might be a hillclimber or from some sort of domestic German race series. There was unusually no info for the car at all on the stand.

I labeled it wrong too, it's an Audi Coupe.

I wish I had known about this, because it looks like it was awesome. Is it something you can just turn buy tickets to, or do you need to be in a secret club to go?

I've only shown you the edited highlights really. Apart from this there was little for the average car fan. It's quite a techie exhibition, we went mostly to source engine parts and gearbox suppliers, but a lot of the exhibition space is covered by auto jumble stalls, car book and model collector stands. If it wasn't for the 'Slowly Sideways' demonstration, i'd probably not bother making the trip.

Anyone can attend - no secret hand shakes were needed
