race screen not to full size of TV

My race screen it not a full size on the TV, it was but something changed. I have looked in 'Options' and everything seems ok there.
When you first set the game up you get a choice to set this up but not after it seems.
Anyone know how to make it full screen again.

When you say 'Options' is that in game as well just Go into Options in game, Hardware, Display and Set display size and adjust the slider.
