Race Start Screen - Laps listed twice

Hi All,

I've noticed that on the race start screen before most races it says something like:
"Race Events
Series Name: Track Name / x laps / x laps"

Does anyone know the meaning of, or reason for, having 2 sets of laps? For the time-based enduros, it has simply "Event Race / -- Laps", which makes sense.

Further, on the Japanese '80s Festival at Eiffel (and maybe others) it says "3 laps / 5 laps"! I know in that specific instance it's a 5 lap race, so have no idea why there is this "3 laps" bit.

Any ideas?

PS - Apologies if this has been answered - searched & couldn't find anything.
 
I think it's just an error - in the description on the news page it said it was a 3 lap race. I'm guessing it got changed, but the actual name of the race wasn't fixed. So the first "3 laps" bit is in the name of the race, the 5 laps is the actual distance.
Not seen it anywhere except this seasonal, so pretty sure it's just a stuff up.
