yes, it's going to be based on presented performance and how entrants do in the competitions. these won't be sissy things like driving a 450 hp skyline through midfield.

I hope this low turn out doesn't continue. I intend on making a serious effort at determing the best drivers, no simple, best time at monaco stuff, a serious analysis. but don't worry, I won't be totally psychotic.
