Not my first online race, but without doubt my most fun races ever. Owned at the oval with the Ford GT and I came out 150K richer. I also got a question: What do [KA] and [MG] mean? I also saw a guy named OFFLINE and he had this as his region: [--].
There is no specific OFFLINE dude. I've been it once and several others have too. It's just a glitch in the connection that causes you to be registered as OFFLINE.
Google "ISO country codes" for the list.
KA - doesnt seem to exist
MG - Madagascar
More specifically, if you enter a race from the race list (you have to be online for this) then get disconnected for some reason (during tuning, practice run, etc) and you try to enter the race, it will ask you to connect again, but you will show up in the list as offline. At least that's how it happened to me.
Well I must be of particular intrest because practically evertime I race online Im matched with this fella. He seems to be a clean racer, but i do believe that Sony and PD would have Race drivers in our racers, but dont expect them to advertise themselves with Tags, there presents in Race would be for evaulation purposes, so having a tag would prevent otehrs Racing normally as they would. Mayb e in GT5 they will join in...well some of the team might, KY has enough on his plate to last a life time lol

OFFLINE does seem reasonable too as he does not punt. I bet I made some punters mad as they could only take me out a few times(if you start to get uncontrollable stay off the gas for a second) and for the fact that I got 1st without using any punting tactics. For me online I use aids because you never know who is gonna spin you out.
