This section seemed the most appropriate for my question, sorry if I'm wrong.
Is there a resource to give armchair racers like me some ideas on how to race "properly"?
Stuff like, "when is it appropriate to pass?" (I'm assuming it isn't good form to just shovel someone out in a corner). What techniques are used to race like a 'gentleman' as opposed to a car-bashing computer?
I'm starting to get the control basics down (I can hold a double line through corners most of the time), but want some more insight into racing strategy and how to accomplish those strategies.
I realise this is a pretty vague post, I am playing GT5 Prologue, so I don't know what type of racing you call that. I'm trying to watch lots of races on TV, but some commentary can be so much more insightful.
