racing modifications in GT4

ok this is made cuz im wondering..in GT1 n 2 there was an option when u tuned ur car called "RACING MODIFICATION" under the Others section..and with weight reductions stages 1-3 u could make ur ride an all out race car..for example Viper GTS..u could make it into a GTS-R LM Racer..n so on..i think this would've made GT4 a lil bit better but thats my opinion lol :)
