Racing Screen Icon Description

Hello to all... I can't seem to find a manual that will tell me the following:

There is an Icon when Racing A-spec on the top left corner of the screen that has a % on it. It looks like its a lack of grip icon or % of precipitaion icon but I'm not 100% sure.

Does anyone know what it is?

Thats the track moisture. When it rains it goes up.
