Hello again everyone. I have played all my gt games up until now with the various dual shock controllers.

Now I'm using the ds3 and I just got to level 30 Aspec and I'm 29 bspec. After trying the vettel challenge which I love in fact I noticed that it's much harder to keep the driving line that I've been so accustom to. Haven't yet made it a lap In monza haha

I've been thinking about switching to a racing wheel with full clutch and shift support. No flappy paddles for me. My question is for those of you who run a setup like this, what wheel do you use and why. I've been looking at the g27 alot. Thank you for your help.

Ps. I know this is probably the worst run on sentence you've ever seen, I just woke up haha

Well you will definitely want one that has paddles also. I think the G27 has both. The x2010 rips through gears since it is basically an F1 car on steroids. Paddles for this car are recommended.

I have a G27 so I have clutch and 6 speed shifter. I am level 34. I have been practicing on the lower end races using the clutch and gear shift. For most of my racing I use the paddle shifter.

With the FGT and X1 I use automatic. Things happen too fast for me to steer, break and shift even with paddles.... let alone use the clutch and shifter.

I am sure that with enough skill and practice you can win gold on all the challenge using the clutch and shifter but it won't be easy....

So basically I should go for the g27?

"No flappy paddles for me."?? you realise most of the high sport cars have flappy paddles.
