Racing with driver assists

Hi all,
My question is do the on line tournaments match you up with other drivers with equivalent car settings re the driver assists?
I ask as this would clearly be an unfair advantage to those using assists vs those without.

I have mine off except ABS which is on weak as even with a load cell brake I'm forever locking up without some assist here.
