Just to let you all know, patch notes said you need to redo rain tests to get the trophy.
I haven't finished S licence yet. All others gold. Did B-1 and got the trophy. It seems you don't have to redo everything or search for rain-specific tests.
 
Can confirm the same after redoing IA-7 (Alpine A110, Tsukuba) just now.
 
I just failed the S13 at Spa one and got it :D

I redid a license test that wasn't even in the rain and got it.
