Okay, I am a newbie, I just finished my ib (most of ia) and rally license last night.
I have about $500,000 should I buy a rally car or try to win a rally car with my Evolution (my only other 4wd car is a Skyline and it handles like a pig). The evolution is all over the place spinning and banging on the wall and it's hella hard to control. I tried putting dirt tires on my Astra Touring Car and this handles worst since it is not a 4WD.
Any tips on conquering rally races without having to shell out my hard earned money?
Thanks :)

go back to the rally licences and convert them all to gold and u will win the impreza rally prototype, this is the best way to do it as the rally licences are so easy to get gold and the winning car will (when fully tuned) destroy them in rally mode, and it wont cost you a penny apart from tuning fees!

I like the peugeot 206 Rally car. Other than that, I would just try to win cars instead of buying them, it seems like a waste of money unless you are going to benefit greatly from the purchase. Try to ease up on the buttons, pressing them with less force, to take advantage of the analog design. It will help with your spinning problem.

Also the Ford Focus is a good bet, it can get the most hp outa the rally cars u can win in the rally races, mine is 528hp. After i won the 206, Celica, Evo6, Corolla, and a few others none of them fully teched out good match my focus in speed and handleing. So buy the Focus, thats my opinion.
