Hi guys since there's not much rally racing in gt6 I was think of organising a rally racing series. If anyone would be interested and have an idea of some cars to use that would be good and ill have a look to see what tracks would be fun to race on.
 
hey, i have a rallycross championship which could be similar or we could merge i don't know?
 
What kind of "rally racing series" are you thinking about?

Yeah that sounds interesting what type of rallying? I think it would probably best to merge then it would be easier.

Edit: @rallymorten I was thinking of having a championship like wrc and using popular tracks from gt6 and some snow tracks as well. Maybe use the same rules as wrc uses as well? They were just my thoughts.

Yeah and you don't have to have a team, you can run independently

yea its rally cross, with wrc style qualifying. The same as monspa used to run his stages. so its like a mix of both really 👍

Yeah but i still prefer Rally championship even i like rally cross a lot :)
 
I would definitely consider participating, but I'm going to wait until the course maker update comes out, because that's really where we get access to proper rally courses (provided it's what PD says it is).

I somewhat doubt that point to point courses will be compatible with multiplayer, but we should at least be able to create long and technical rally style circuits for multiplayer, that should in theory be several times longer than the demanding Eiger Nordwand K Trail we have currently.

We can race on courses that incorporate a near endless number of crests, jumps and hairpin bends, that will challenge even the most talented of GT rally drivers :D
 
I will create a new rallying series once I get a new PS3.

Actually is also an historic post: WRC is being set to return but it won't be the same championship like that I've made in March.
