First of all i must congratulate all the clean sensible drivers in GTP. There are plenty of you and i have enjoyed racing with you all.
However, and this is a big however! there are still those cheating, unfair losers who rather than moving over to let much faster drivers by and then play some slip streaming catch up. They insist in ramming you off into walls and the gravel traps, knowing full well you have not done anything to them to deserve a retaliation, you are just faster. The other cheeky move is giving you a nudge from behind on tight corners which can push you off an even cause you to have a shortcut penalty. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND SO DOES EVERYONE YOU RACE AGAINST
I know racing incidents happen and usually you can tell if you have caught someone out by breaking a little too early or they break a little to late. There is almost a mutual telepathic bond (corny, i know, buts its the best way to describe it) between the clean and more professional drivers. They dont retaliate after a minor bump or scrape and if we had voice chat im sure they would apologise, explain their actions and invite each other for a virtual pint the the pretend Gran Turismo bar.

I think more should be taken into account when it comes to bad drivers. Its not fair that they should be allowed to enter online events, drive like idiots, cause crashes then quite the race and potentially upset the other 15 competitors by kicking everyone out should they be the host.
GTP needs some kind of database that records the amount of times you quite races, cause crashes, drive erratic racing lines etc etc.
This database should then determine if you are accepted to race online or a least the level you can race at. If this is too hard it should at least blacklist you from hosting races until you can clean up your act.

The ultimate change to GTP, and this idea is my favourite, your racing licence as in real life should be subjected to penalty points, drive or behave like an idiot and you will be awarded points on your licence,
the amount will be determined by the severity of your actions. In time they should come off but 12 points and your out.
I know banning people from playing GTP is harsh but life is harsh and its about time people learnt that.
I think 12 points on your GTP licence should equate to a 20 day ban from all online events and the points should be awarded as such

Quitting an online event = 1 point, 3 quits in a row = 6 points

Ramming from the side = 0 points for light touch, 1 for medium and 3 for severe

Ramming from the rear = 0 points for light touch, 1 for medium and 3 for severe

I could go on and on but you get the picture of the environment i would like to see evolve.

Thanks for reading, please leave some feedback to see if this is the way we should be going with GTP
