Rampages

Let's get back to GTA3 now as most have already got 100% in GTA: VC like I have but I'm still stuck at GTA3.

So is there any maps or something which helps to find all the rampages?
I haven't been able to find them all and haven't found any maps which shows them.

Well I was asking help for GTA3 as I have already passed GTA: VC .

Found some instructions from there but a map would be nice to get to show the locations a bit better...

Couldn't find a rampage map for GTA3...
There's one for GTA: Vice City but I'm not looking for that.
