Randall wants to build a PC. :)

- The Processor has to be fast. I will be modding games. So I prefer something with a strong kick.

- I mainly plan to use this PC for gaming, 50% of my time will be spent gaming on it. So I want to know what is the best graphics cards that can get a solid 60-100+ fps on most current games.

- Monitors, TV screens, which one is better than each other? What is the perfect size? I think 17" or 19" is perfect. What are your opinions?

Budget: $1000+

Windows 7 Enterprise
This edition targets the enterprise segment of the market and is sold through volume licensing to companies which have a Software Assurance contract with Microsoft.[1]Additional features include support for Multilingual User Interface (MUI) packages, BitLocker Drive Encryption, and UNIX application support.[1] Not available through retail orOEM channels, this edition is distributed through Microsoft Software Assurance (SA).[1] As a result it includes several SA-only benefits, including a license allowing the operating of diskless nodes (diskless PCs) and activation via VLK.[12]
Windows 7 Ultimate
Windows 7 Ultimate contains the same features as Windows 7 Enterprise, but unlike the Enterprise edition, it is available to home users on an individual license basis.[1]Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Professional users are able to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate for a fee using Windows Anytime Upgrade if they wish to do so.[1]Unlike Windows Vista Ultimate, the Windows 7 Ultimate edition does not include the Windows Ultimate Extras feature or any exclusive features as Microsoft had stated.[1]
All editions will receive Mainstream Support (new features and bug fixes) until January 2015 and Extended Support (security updates) until January 2020.[13]

As a starting point, take a look at this one and see where you think you can downgrade to hit your $1250 price point, or save up a bit more.

There isn't really any point picking parts now if he's going to be building next year. Prices change as new components are released. I would suggest you ask this question again when you are ready to build.
