Random prize car choosing not so random?

Ok, i decided i would do the Polyphony Digital race to get the best car in the game, the F094/S.  So i am winning every race, no problem, but each race takes about a half an hour...So after i win the 7th race i see that i have enough points just to exit out of the next 3 races and still win.  So i do, and everything is all good...Then it comes time for the prize car to be picked.  I get a Speed 12, no big thang, i'll just reload and try again....I try again, this time i get another Speed 12...I KEEP RELOADING FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE I GET THE F094/S!!!!   I mean, i had to reload that same game close to 100 times before it gave me the F094/S...I know it is hard to believe, but it is the truth.
 
I keep doin the Gt3 Champion ship over and over again (jus for the money right now) but I keep gettin the fag Lancer.  Same color every time.  so I just sell it cuz I already have a Lancer.  
 
Hehe, after i won the GT Championship in Beginner league, i won the Miata...man i was pissed.  That was before i knew the skipping out of the last race trick thing.
 
Hahah Yesah I've raced that hing around10 times, I've gotten every car once, then the Gay Lancer 6 times.  There is still one car I havent gotten.
