Random site Questions

I have a couple questions about some features of this site.Let me start by saying, Im an adult who has owned and ran many gaming and or hacking sites.I am a very active member on any site that gains my intrest.This being 1.

My questions are as follows..

I see member ranks like Diamond ect. How do you get that?
And also I see there is a VIP GT5 area, are both of these gained via donations, invites ect?
Or just being active and post count( no I dont spam to gain posts)Unlike a TON of posts and tripple threads ect. I see on here.This site needs more moderators or BETTER mods.Just me tho.Sorry for the little rant at end.

Also please refrain from using text speak such as "tho" instead of though, we have many members who use a translator in order to take part in discussions on this forum, those few extra letters really help them out.
