Great video, but I'm really after a screenshot I have found shots of a lot of the cars so far, but not the Range Rover.

Does anyone know how far into the game you have to get in order to unlock the Range Rover please?

In single race mode or Enthusia Life mode?

You can unlock it in DR and in FR. Check the FAQ thread, stickied on the top of this forum.

But is there a particular point in these modes? Such as unlocking cars by beating them in single race, is there triggers to make one appear in the grid?

Well, if you drive a SUV aka 4x4 like the Toyota Land Cruiser 100 (hell, I did beat a '86 Trueno with that!), you are more likely to race a Range Rover than with a Civic.
