Rare cars in UCD after B-Spec Dream Car Championship

This is the second time i've B-Spec'd this event and i think i was so thrilled at getting the Citroen GT Race Car first time around that i barely noticed what was in the UCD. Today however i was stunned at the car selection in there. I bought the following in one fell swoop:

Nissan 350Z Roadster (Z33, EU) '03
Toyota Soarer 430SCV '01
Mitsubishi GTO SR '95
Nissan Silvia Q's AERO (S14) '96
Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon 3.0R '03

Anybody else noticed increased numbers of rare cars in the UCD after major events?
 
I dont think any of those are rare? And the UCD is on a set schedule, events dont affect it at all.
 
I B-Spec this event fairly often as it is an easy million+ and I just have to check in every 15 minutes...I have noticed some gems...but that is all about the "day" you happen to be on.
 
The rarity aspect comes from the mygranturismo.com database.
They have given each car a rarity figure from 1 to 10 based on 5000 online garages.
I know it's not super official 'rarity numbers' but it does give some idea.
You are right though about the set schedule. I was just seeing things all rose tinted again due to bloody virtual cars!

Those aren't rare, I see them all the time in the ucd, they're only rare on online race cause nobody buy or uses them that's all
