I think it depends on the car really.
Some suck, I agree, but increasingly (it appears) some look almost as good (from not so far a distance) as premiums.

Other than getting it from a 2002 Birthday ticket, I don't think I've seen it in game, either.

I found 1 in the UCD yesterday. I was grinding the ferrari event on sarthe because my save went corrupt and it couldn't salvage so I was trying to get my rarer cars back. I miss my nardo concept so much.....

I have so many rare cars cause I tend to buy random cars every time the UCD refreshes. Have all the Subaru Imprezas, most Japanese cars and even some old VWs.

But my PS3 is busted and I'm still trying to get my new PS3 online.

Not sure if anyone posted this but... the Suzuki Concept S2! Quite like the taillights of it. Never saw one of these anywhere else online.
