Most radical thing I've done to my hair was straightening it last school holidays before a party. I looked like a Beatle and a Ramone all rolled into one.
A buddy of mine (who was Welsh and very hard) had a mohican (a proper one he could make stand on end) which he used to dye various colours - pink, green, blue, whatever - and the birds LOVED it. He ran a bar, and would spend Saturday nights sat in front of the bar while girls came up all night to stroke it.
Funny thing was, it used to take him about an hour and a half in front of a mirror with various metrosexual products to get it to stand on end
